Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of All In One GO, operated by All In One Industrial Supply LLC.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using All In One GO, you agree to these Terms.

1. THE SERVICE

All In One GO provides contractor and field-operations tools that may include:

• Job management
• Job assignments
• Employee timekeeping
• GPS-supported clock-in and clock-out
• Job travel tracking
• Daily reports
• Photos
• Material requests
• Equipment records
• Notifications
• Payroll and time exports
• Customer records
• AX AI Operations Assistant
• Other business-management features

Features may change, improve, or be added over time.

2. BUSINESS USE

All In One GO is intended primarily for business and professional use.

A company administrator is responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate company information
• Managing users
• Assigning appropriate permissions
• Ensuring authorized use of company information
• Complying with laws applicable to its employees and business operations

3. ACCOUNTS

Users must provide accurate account information.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

Accounts may not be shared in a manner that defeats user limits, security controls, or subscription requirements.

4. EMPLOYEE AND LOCATION DATA

All In One GO provides tools capable of recording time, GPS information, job travel, and other workforce activity.

The subscribing company is responsible for determining whether and how these features may legally be used for its workforce.

All In One Industrial Supply LLC does not act as the employer of users and does not determine employee wages, working conditions, overtime entitlement, payroll obligations, labor classifications, or employment policies.

5. TIMEKEEPING AND PAYROLL INFORMATION

All In One GO assists companies with recording and organizing time information.

The platform is not a payroll processor, accountant, employment-law advisor, or tax advisor unless a particular service is expressly identified otherwise.

Companies remain responsible for reviewing time records before using them for payroll or legal purposes.

Users should verify records for accuracy.

6. AX AI OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

AX uses artificial intelligence to assist users with authorized company information.

AX may:

• Search records
• Summarize records
• Explain information
• Generate drafts
• Prepare proposed actions
• Assist with operational workflows

AI-generated information can contain errors or omissions.

Users must review important information before relying on it for business, financial, safety, legal, employment, purchasing, or customer decisions.

Where the application requires confirmation, an AX-prepared action is not executed until the authorized user confirms it.

AX is not a substitute for licensed legal, accounting, engineering, medical, safety, or other professional advice.

7. USER CONTENT

Users and their organizations retain their rights to information and content they submit to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate the service.

By submitting content, users authorize us and our service providers to host, process, reproduce, transmit, and display that information as reasonably necessary to provide All In One GO.

Users represent that they have permission to upload and process the information they submit.

8. ACCEPTABLE USE

Users may not:

• Access accounts or company information without authorization
• Circumvent security or permission controls
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the service
• Use the platform for unlawful activity
• Upload malicious software or harmful code
• Misrepresent identity or authority
• Use All In One GO to violate another person’s rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or improperly exploit protected portions of the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law

9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We work to keep All In One GO reliable and available, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Internet outages
• Hosting-provider interruptions
• Third-party service failures
• Security events
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

All In One GO may depend on or integrate with third-party services.

Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain All In One GO features require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, free-trial terms, and plan limits are displayed before purchase.

Subscription charges are processed through the designated payment provider.

12. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• Material violation of these Terms
• Fraud
• Abuse
• Security threats
• Unlawful activity
• Failure to pay required subscription charges
• Conduct that threatens the platform or other users

Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

13. DISCLAIMER

ALL IN ONE GO IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SUITABLE FOR EVERY BUSINESS PURPOSE.

Users are responsible for reviewing important records and maintaining appropriate business procedures and backups.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IN ONE INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ALL IN ONE GO.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, a business using All In One GO agrees to be responsible for claims resulting from its unlawful use of the service, its violation of these Terms, or information it uploads without appropriate authorization.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms as the platform develops or legal requirements change.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date.

Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
