All In One Industrial Supply LLC (“All In One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates All In One GO, a field-operations and business-management platform designed for contractors and their authorized employees.

This Privacy Policy explains what information All In One GO may collect, how that information is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to users.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account and Company Information

We may collect information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Optional phone number
• Company or workspace name
• User role and permissions
• Trade or business information
• Account and subscription status

Operational Information

When users operate All In One GO, the platform may store information entered or generated through features such as:

• Customers
• Jobs and work orders
• Job assignments
• Clock-in and clock-out records
• Daily reports
• Material requests
• Equipment records
• Photos uploaded to the platform
• Notes
• Notifications
• Customer signatures
• Payroll and time information
• Travel records
• Job status history

Location Information

Certain field features may collect device location information, including GPS coordinates and location accuracy, when location-enabled features are used.

Examples include clock-in, clock-out, and job-travel functions.

All In One GO does not use location information for unrelated advertising purposes.

Location information is used to support field-operation records, timekeeping, travel documentation, auditing, and related company workflows.

AI and AX Information

All In One GO includes the AX AI Operations Assistant.

When a user communicates with AX, we may process:

• Questions and instructions submitted to AX
• Authorized company records needed to answer the request
• Drafts generated by AX
• Proposed actions
• Confirmation and audit records associated with AX activity

AX may search, summarize, explain, or prepare actions using information the user is authorized to access.

Where the application requires confirmation, AX does not perform the proposed action until the authorized user confirms it.

Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

All In One GO does not store complete credit-card numbers or full payment-card credentials inside the application.

We may receive limited payment-related information from the payment provider, such as:

• Subscription status
• Plan
• Billing cycle
• Payment status
• Payment-provider identifiers
• Transaction status

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We may use information to:

• Provide and operate All In One GO
• Authenticate users
• Maintain company workspaces
• Process jobs, reports, time records, travel records, equipment information, and material requests
• Provide AX functionality
• Process subscriptions and billing
• Send service and workflow notifications
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access
• Troubleshoot technical problems
• Maintain audit history
• Improve platform reliability and functionality
• Comply with applicable laws and lawful requests

3. COMPANY WORKSPACES AND AUTHORIZED ACCESS

All In One GO is designed so company information is associated with the appropriate workspace.

Users may only access information permitted by their account role and company permissions.

Company administrators are responsible for deciding which employees or users receive access to their company workspace and for maintaining appropriate user permissions.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of All In One GO, including services for:

• Cloud hosting and databases
• Authentication
• Payment processing
• Artificial intelligence
• Email delivery
• Application infrastructure
• Security and technical operations

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services or as otherwise permitted by law.

Stripe processes subscription payments according to Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices.

5. SALE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All In One GO does not sell users’ personal information for money.

We do not use company operational data for third-party advertising.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the service
• Maintain company records
• Fulfill contractual obligations
• Maintain legitimate audit and security records
• Resolve disputes
• Comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations

Some information may remain in secure backups for a limited period after deletion.

7. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION

Users may request deletion of their account or eligible personal data through the Account/Data Deletion Request feature provided within All In One GO.

Deletion requests are recorded for administrative review.

Before processing a deletion request, we may verify the identity and authority of the requester.

Certain records may need to be retained where required by law, legitimate accounting requirements, security requirements, dispute resolution, contractual obligations, or the legitimate recordkeeping needs of the company workspace.

Deleting an individual user account may not automatically delete legitimate business records belonging to the user’s employer or company workspace.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

9. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users must only enter, upload, or process information they are authorized to use.

Company administrators are responsible for ensuring that their organization has any notices, permissions, or employee policies legally required for the organization’s use of GPS, timekeeping, photos, signatures, employee information, or other workplace data.

10. CHILDREN

All In One GO is a business operations platform and is not directed toward children.

Users must have legal authority to create and use an account.

11. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes or as legal requirements change.

The updated policy will display a revised effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the application when appropriate.
